What to include
Name the application or service, the email address used with it if applicable, and the information you want deleted. Do not send passwords, private message archives or identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is explained and agreed.
Information held by the developer
This route covers support correspondence and any hosted information controlled by AIWA Systems. We will verify the relevant request, explain what can be removed, and identify any information that must be retained and why. Requests are handled within the time required by applicable law.
Information stored on your device
We cannot remotely read or erase a local-only collection. Use the application’s documented controls and remove separate backups and exports where you saved them. Uninstalling may leave some files behind. Read the product section in the privacy policy for specific retention details.
Hosted projects and organisation records
Contact the project owner or organisation for records it controls. Revoking access or disabling an account does not by itself delete project records, downloaded copies or backups. If AIWA Systems controls the hosted information, include that service in your request.
Accounts and future releases
This page provides an external request channel. If a release offers account creation, that release must also provide the required in-app account deletion route. A local profile or app lock is not automatically an online account.
