Who operates AIWA Systems

AIWA Systems and AIWASYS are names used by 2SUH9, an independent individual developer. The service is operated by one person and has no employees. AIWA Systems is not represented as an incorporated company or a government-registered business.

For information held directly by the developer, including support correspondence and website project enquiries, 2SUH9 determines how it is used and is the privacy contact. Email info@aiwasys.com.

This policy covers aiwasys.com, support and design-service enquiries, and the named applications and documented editions below. Its product sections are part of one policy, and distinguish local device processing from optional third-party services and hosted project services. A product’s presence on this website is not a statement that it has been approved by a store or that its practices are identical to another product.

The policy follows the actual features of the documented editions. If a different release changes permissions, providers, collection or storage, its disclosures must be updated before that changed processing begins. Store listings and in-app disclosures must match that release.

Website and support

When you visit the website, its hosting and security infrastructure processes connection information such as your IP address, requested address, request time, browser information and security events to deliver pages and protect the service. The existing website uses Cloudflare. The website files supplied by AIWA Systems contain no advertising, analytics scripts, contact form, embedded media or marketing cookies. Hosting or security services may process additional technical information under their own settings.

Email links open your email application. If you send a message, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to include. We use these to respond, provide support and investigate reported issues. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or private records unless needed for your request.

Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete it. Support records are kept for the time needed to handle the request and any continuing support, security or legal obligation. You can ask for deletion of correspondence held by the developer. Hosting and security logs are also subject to the provider’s service settings and retention rules.

Website design enquiries may include your name, email address, project brief, files you choose to send, scope discussions and delivery correspondence. We use them to respond, agree and deliver the requested work. Do not send credentials or private customer records in an initial enquiry. If a project requires access to a service, the access, purpose and handling will be agreed separately.

This website has no visitor account, payment checkout, advertising SDK, analytics script or newsletter form. Application filtering runs in your browser and is not submitted to AIWA Systems. Email links open your email application. Support messages can be retained while a request or project is active and afterwards when needed for follow-up, disputes or legal recordkeeping. Email to request deletion or information about any continuing retention. Provider-controlled technical logs follow the relevant service configuration and provider terms.

Chat Wallet

Documented editions: Windows 2.1.0 and Android 0.1.0 preview. Chat Wallet imports copies of exported WhatsApp conversations, media, contact-matching CSV files and selected audio or call recordings. Saved information can include participants, phone or contact details, timestamps, message text, media, transcripts, translations, summaries, notes and favourites.

Archives and generated results are saved in the app’s local storage or user-selected exports and backups. Phone and PC copies are separate. Transferring a backup is not automatic cloud synchronisation. Chat Wallet does not record calls or automatically read WhatsApp’s private storage.

Optional Gemini API processing sends the content selected for transcription, translation or analysis, together with the relevant request, to Google’s Gemini service using the configured API profile. Connection metadata and API credentials are handled by that request. Do not enable this processing for confidential information without reviewing the configured provider’s current terms and having authority to share it. Selecting a local import is separate from choosing external AI processing. Content sent to Gemini is subject to the applicable Google account, API service, retention and processing terms. The developer cannot erase provider-held copies through a local archive deletion.

Local records remain until removed through the available archive controls or deleted from saved storage. Exports, media, backups and results on another device require separate deletion. No claim is made that all local archives or exports are encrypted. The developer receives your archive only if you separately send it for support. Use privacy requests below for information held by the developer.

Health Wallet

Documented edition: 1.0.0 Excel Edition for Windows and Android. Health Wallet stores the health records you enter or import from your master workbook. These can include profile details, medical history, laboratory results, tracked health records, notes, attachments, dates and supporting workbook sheets.

Records are processed for your own organisation, searching, correction, reporting and workbook reconciliation. The described edition uses local app data and saved Excel files rather than an AIWA Systems cloud health database. A workbook transferred through a cloud-synchronised folder or shared with a recipient is handled by the chosen provider or recipient under its own terms.

Device unlock and app access controls do not establish that local health files, reports and backups are encrypted. Protect your device and the destinations you choose. The developer does not receive your medical history through normal local workbook processing. Do not send medical records in a routine support request.

Records and workbooks remain where saved until you remove them. Deleting an app entry may not remove a separate workbook, supporting sheet, attachment, backup or report. Manage each copy separately, and keep any records you need before removing app data. Requests concerning health data controlled by a healthcare organisation must be addressed to that organisation. This is a record organiser, not an emergency or medical-diagnosis service.

Inventory Wallet

Privacy information bundled with Inventory Wallet 1.7.1.

Information Stored

The application stores inventory details, serial numbers, employee IDs and names, departments, recipients, issue and return history, corrections, clearance documents, local PDF manuals and preferences. Login records contain salted password hashes, role settings and lockout counters. Windows protects the login file for the current Windows account. The application does not store fingerprint or facial templates.

Storage and Access

Data is stored in your Windows account's LocalAppData, under AIWA Systems/PPE Wallet. The live database and routine local revision backups are not encrypted. Application permissions do not prevent a person with access to your Windows account or administrative file access from reading or altering local inventory files. Use Windows account protection and device encryption where required.

Administrator, Operator and Read-Only roles govern actions inside the application. Archived and deleted records remain retained, recoverable and auditable. They are excluded from ordinary views and reports, but outstanding equipment remains included in employee clearance checks.

If you accept Save Password, the actual sign-in password is stored through Windows Credential Manager for the current Windows account. Anyone with access to that Windows account may be able to use saved sign-in. This option is separate from password hashes and does not save credentials to Google or Samsung. Settings > Security can remove the saved password. Administrator approvals and unlocking still require verification.

Version 1.7 upgrades retain existing records. The private installer seeds the latest supplied snapshot only when no database exists. The clean installer starts empty on a fresh Windows profile. Both retain an existing database and login accounts.

Backups and Cloud Destinations

Full backups include the database, attached manuals and saved clearance PDFs. Optional encrypted backups use password-derived encryption and integrity checks. Keep the password separately. Losing it prevents restoration. Automatic encryption stores its password using Windows account protection. Routine local XML revision backups remain unencrypted.

Google Drive support means selecting a Google Drive for desktop synced folder. That external application handles authentication, uploads and cloud storage under its own terms. Inventory Wallet does not verify completion of cloud synchronisation. No direct Google OAuth connection is included. Login credentials are deliberately excluded from portable inventory backups.

Email and External Links

Clearance sharing prepares an Outlook draft or an EML draft containing the selected PDF. You review and send it using your email application. Recipients receive the contents you send. Opening manufacturer links, the website, email or online documents contacts those external services. Inventory Wallet does not include analytics, advertising, telemetry or a background data-upload service.

Retention and Contact

Uninstalling the program leaves your account's records intact. Administrators can archive and recoverably delete entries. This version does not provide permanent record purging. Backups and copies shared outside the application require separate management. For product support or privacy questions, contact info@aiwasys.com or visit www.aiwasys.com.

Metadata Editor

Documented edition: 1.0.0 for Windows. The app reads selected files and their metadata, which may include author names, company names, titles, keywords, embedded dates, file paths and Windows file properties. It processes supported Office, PDF and image properties to display and save the edits you request.

The described workflow operates on your computer through the application and available local Windows handlers. Files saved to a network or cloud-synchronised location are handled by that destination. AIWA Systems does not receive document content through this local editing workflow.

Saved copies and pre-overwrite backups can retain earlier metadata. Removing a field from one document does not remove it from backups, other copies, search indexes or shared files. Keep or delete those copies separately. Metadata editing is not a guarantee that every hidden or personal detail has been removed. Local access depends on your Windows account and device protection.

Search Wallet

Describes the local-processing model in the supplied 1.0.0 policy and the inspected 1.0.1 feature kit. Check the notice supplied with a later release for changes.

Search Wallet reads selected folders, documents, PST archives and classic Outlook folders. Its index can include names, full paths, dates, email metadata, attachment names and extracted text. Search and OCR run locally. The index and settings are stored under LocalAppData / AIWA Systems / Search Wallet.

This release has no document-upload service, advertising, automatic telemetry or mandatory account. Its index and backups are not encrypted. Windows access controls and device protection govern local access. Explicit file actions can move original files.

Network folders use Windows access. Outlook may synchronise mail under its own settings. External links and commands open other applications. Local diagnostics are not sent automatically. Detailed logs can include paths and errors, so review them before sharing.

Removing a source removes its index entries after confirmation, without deleting originals. Standalone uninstall retains the index. To remove all local Search Wallet data, exit the application and delete its data folder. Delete exported reports and backups separately.

Tools Wallet

Tools Wallet 0.9.2: Its tools can read clipboard content, process selected text and files, capture screen images, and record microphone or computer audio when the corresponding features are used. Clipboard monitoring can be paused and applications can be excluded. Privacy markers cannot identify every sensitive clipboard item.

Clipboard history uses Windows-account protection. The optional Password Vault uses a separate master passphrase and stores credentials locally. Password copies have privacy markers and a timed clear operation. Other clipboard software may ignore those markers. Settings, captures, recordings, stamps and vault backups are separate types of saved data and must be managed separately.

Currency conversion makes network requests to the selected exchange-rate provider. Available endpoints include Frankfurter, ExchangeRate-API, Bank of Canada and National Bank of Poland. The provider receives connection information and the requested rate URL. This application must not be described as entirely offline.

Optional browser extensions use native messaging for browser-to-desktop operations. The vault extension declares active-tab, scripting, native-messaging and local-storage permissions, with optional website access. Enable these optional integrations only for websites where you want to use them. You can disable the extension or revoke its website permissions through the browser. Disabling an integration does not delete information already saved locally.

Saved local history, captures, recordings, settings and vault files need separate management. Pause clipboard monitoring to stop future recording. Use the corresponding product controls or remove the relevant saved files to delete local copies, and delete separate exports and backups at their saved locations. Disabling the vault retains its encrypted file. Deleting the vault does not delete existing vault backups.

PDF Wallet and PDF Wallet Pro

Describes the privacy policy bundled with PDF Wallet 1.0.1 and PDF Wallet Pro. Check the included notice for any later release changes.

Documents and processing PDF Wallet opens PDF and image files that you select. Document rendering, annotation, local OCR, editing and export run on your computer. PDF Wallet has no automatic document-upload service, advertising system or analytics uploader. It does not monitor your clipboard in the background.

Local files and recovery The app stores settings, recent file information, optional image-history entries, stamps, workspace arrangements and recovery files under your Windows user profile. Working copies and OCR images may also be stored in temporary folders. These copies can contain the same personal information as your documents. Exports are written to the location you choose. Temporary working files are removed during normal editor cleanup, but crashes can leave files behind. No forensic secure-erasure guarantee is made.

Windows may redirect a packaged app's local data into its package-specific storage and may remove that storage when the app is uninstalled or reset. Standalone versions retain their own local data. Export needed documents, editable review projects and settings backups before uninstalling or resetting. You can clear recent paths and disable their recording in preferences.

Clipboard and external programs Clipboard tools read or copy content when you request the operation. Other programs with clipboard access may read copied content. Printing sends the selected document to the printer or print destination you choose. Optional Office import uses installed Microsoft Office or LibreOffice locally. Those programs and printer services have their own settings and policies.

Passwords and diagnostics Document passwords are used to open or protect documents and are not saved in preferences. Local diagnostic logs are designed to record error types and code locations rather than document text and paths. Diagnostics are not automatically sent to AIWA Systems. Copy diagnostics or contact support only when you choose. Review any text, files or screenshots before sharing them with support.

Microsoft Store and links Microsoft handles Store accounts, acquisition, payments, installation and updates according to its own privacy terms. PDF Wallet does not collect payment card details. Website and support links open your browser or email application. If you contact AIWA Systems, the information you choose to send is used to respond to your request. Do not send sensitive document contents unless needed for support and you are authorized to share them.

Your choices You control the files you open, exports you create and content you copy or send. Local data access depends on your Windows account and device security. For questions about this policy or information you sent to support, contact info@aiwasys.com. Policy changes that affect these data practices will be reflected in an updated policy and release information.

DBX2PST by AIWASYS

Documented edition: 1.0.5. The converter reads selected Outlook Express DBX mailboxes and processes recoverable email content, headers, addresses, timestamps, attachments and mailbox paths. It extracts messages to EML, maintains conversion checkpoints and coordinates bounded imports into a PST through installed classic Outlook.

Mail conversion and saved output operate on your Windows computer. The installed Outlook profile and its own synchronisation settings are separate. The conversion engine may be downloaded from GitHub on first installation. That request exposes ordinary connection information to the download provider. The converter is not an AIWA Systems cloud mailbox service.

Optional EML safety copies, output PST files, job history, checkpoints, saved paths and diagnostic text reports remain on your device or at the destinations you choose. Source mail files are preserved. Diagnostics can contain paths and conversion details. Review them before voluntarily sharing with support. The developer receives only information you separately choose to send.

To remove retained conversion information, stop the conversion and use the available new-conversion, clear-path and file-management controls. Delete saved EML copies, PSTs, job files, exports and diagnostics separately, after ensuring you no longer need them. Local mail files and reports must not be assumed encrypted. The 1.0.5 release changes branding and packaging, with the conversion engine unchanged from 1.0.4.

DayVault

Documented functionality: 0.5.0 guide for Windows and Android. DayVault organises local profiles containing accounts, transactions, transfers, financial amounts, categories, budgets, goals, events, bank details, notes and attachments. It uses this information to show your saved history, calendar views and reports.

Profiles, saved preferences and scheduled backups are handled locally or at your chosen backup destination. Multiple schedules and manual backup can retain copies of your full profile history, not only records visible in a current filter. A cloud-synchronised folder or external drive is a separate destination that you control.

Profile passwords, remembered device access, privacy mode and supported biometric unlock govern access in the app. Operating-system biometric verification does not give the developer your fingerprint or face template. Password-protected .jwc backups are separate from the live profile. Do not infer that every live record, attachment or export is encrypted from the presence of an app lock.

Local history remains until removed through supported profile or record controls or from saved storage. Cancel backup schedules to stop future scheduled copies, then manage existing backups separately. Restoring a backup can reintroduce old information as a new profile. The developer cannot remotely erase local financial records. Send only the minimum non-sensitive details needed for support.

MessageSuite

MessageSuite by AIWASYS
Privacy policy, 30 October 2026. Applies to version 1.0.0, build 10003.

Who provides the app

MessageSuite is developed by AIWA Systems. Contact us at info@aiwasys.com. Our website is aiwasys.com.

Information used on your device

When you choose phone SMS importing and grant Android permission, MessageSuite reads accessible SMS sender details, message text, dates, and sent or received status. SMS can include sensitive personal information. You can instead choose an SMS XML file through Android's file picker. OTP importing is off by default and can be enabled in Settings.

The app stores imported copies, your notes, folders, categories, rules, saved searches, sender markers, preferences, and deletion records locally. A device-scoped Android identifier and message fields are hashed locally to recognize previously imported phone messages. These hashes are not sent to AIWA Systems.

No automatic collection by AIWA Systems

This version has no internet permission, advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, account service, or cloud sync. MessageSuite does not automatically transmit your messages, identifiers, or usage information to AIWA Systems or other recipients. No account or login is required.

Permissions and original messages

SMS permission is used to read copies for your collection. MessageSuite does not send SMS, modify the phone's originals, or become your default SMS app. Optional sync runs while the app is open. You can turn it off or revoke SMS permission in Android Settings. Revoking permission does not remove copies you already imported.

Optional device authentication uses Android's fingerprint, face, or screen-lock interface. MessageSuite does not receive or store your biometric templates. Files are opened or saved through Android's file picker. The app does not request broad access to your file storage.

Local protection and backups

Saved records are encrypted using a data key protected by Android Keystore. An optional app lock asks for device authentication. Screenshots and screen recordings are allowed. Anyone with access to an unlocked app, a screenshot, or an exported readable file may see its contents.

Encrypted backups use a password you choose and are saved to a location you select. Keep that password, because AIWA Systems cannot recover it. A backup location may belong to a cloud storage provider you selected. That provider's terms and privacy policy apply. Device-protected local data may become inaccessible if its device key is lost. Keep a separate encrypted backup.

Sharing, exports, and support

Copy, share, print, TXT, CSV, and PDF export are actions you initiate. Readable exports are not password-protected. Data you send to another app, printer, file provider, or recipient is handled by that destination. Review the destination and contents before sending.

Support and feedback open a draft addressed to info@aiwasys.com in your email app. The draft includes the app version and Android version. Saved messages and opening diagnostics are not attached automatically. You choose what to include and whether to send. If you contact us, AIWA Systems receives your email address and the information you send, uses it to respond and investigate the issue, and retains it as needed for that purpose and applicable obligations. You may request deletion by email, subject to those obligations.

The website button opens aiwasys.com in your browser. Browser requests and information you submit on the website are separate from the app's offline message collection. Opening diagnostics can be copied manually and contain app and Android versions, record counts, timings, and error categories, not saved message text.

Retention and deletion

Your collection remains on this device until you delete it. Moving a copy to the Recycle Bin is reversible. Permanently deleting it removes its content from the app, while a deletion marker prevents normal sync from importing it again. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes the local collection and settings. Backups, exports, screenshots, and files outside the app must be deleted separately where you saved them. These actions do not delete the phone's original SMS.

Policy changes and contact

We will update this policy when the app's data handling changes. The date and version above identify this policy. For privacy questions or requests concerning support correspondence, email info@aiwasys.com.

Construction Wallet and hosted project services

Online Construction Wallet uses Cloudflare infrastructure, including D1 for records, private R2 storage for attachments and Cloudflare Access for sign-in protection. Project information can include payment dates and amounts, vendors, stages, notes, uploaded documents and user access settings. Sign-in uses an email address. Account identifiers and change history may identify who performs an action.

Hosted information is processed to operate the shared project, display its records, deliver downloads and administer access. Project owners and collaborators can receive information through the permissions configured in the deployed service. Only share a project with people who should have access to its contents.

Project records, attachments and change history remain in the hosted project until removed through its available controls or administration. Removing a member’s access does not itself delete financial records, audit history, downloaded files or backup copies. Ask the project owner or administrator for access, correction, exports or removal. Email the developer for requests involving information the developer holds or controls. Backup and audit retention may limit immediate complete erasure. The response to a deletion request should identify information retained and the applicable reason.

This hosted-service disclosure does not certify any Windows, Android or offline Construction Wallet package. Those releases require their own accurate product details on this page before they are covered.

Other releases and store distribution

The product sections describe the identified editions. They do not declare new iOS, Huawei, vivo or other builds available, and do not certify store approval. A new feature, provider, SDK, permission or hosted account flow requires an accurate disclosure before use. App-specific notices and store data declarations must remain consistent with this policy.

Apple, Google, Microsoft, Huawei, vivo and other distribution platforms handle their own accounts, payments, download records, updates and store diagnostics according to their own policies. AIWA Systems does not receive payment card details merely because you acquire software through a store.

Service providers, sharing and transfers

Cloudflare processes connection information for the website and hosted project services. Email providers process support messages. Tools Wallet’s rate providers receive its rate requests. Product sections explain local processing, sharing controls and other external applications involved in their features. Microsoft and other distribution platforms handle store accounts, payments, downloads and updates under their own policies.

When you export, print, share, email or save a file to a cloud-synchronised location, the chosen destination or recipient handles the information you send. Review the content and destination. Shared-project administrators and permitted collaborators can access project information.

Information held by the developer is used for the service or support purposes described here. A disclosure may also be required by a binding legal obligation. Technical processing by providers may occur outside your country. The applicable service configuration, provider terms and legal requirements govern that processing. This page makes no promise that data is stored in one particular country.

Chat Wallet’s optional Gemini processing is described separately above. Any service provider processing information on the developer’s behalf must be selected and configured to provide safeguards consistent with this policy and applicable requirements. Independent destinations you select, such as email recipients, stores and your own cloud storage, also apply their own terms. This page does not claim that all external providers have identical settings.

AIWA Systems does not sell support correspondence or use your local product records for advertising. The website build supplied here contains no advertising or behavioural-tracking integration.

Your controls and privacy requests

You can control device permissions in your operating system, choose the files you import or export, and decide what to include in support messages. Revoking a permission prevents future access covered by that permission but does not itself delete copies already imported.

To request access, correction, deletion, restriction or an export of information held by AIWA Systems, email info@aiwasys.com. Name the product and account email, if any, and explain your request. We may need to verify your identity without asking for your password. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and other people's rights. You may also have a right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

For information stored only on your device, use the product's documented deletion controls. Delete exported files and backups separately at their saved locations. Uninstalling software may leave externally saved files behind. For organisation-managed records, the organisation may control the response to a privacy request.

Data and deletion requests provides a direct external request route. If a product offers online account creation, the required in-app account deletion controls must also be provided by that release. Deactivation alone is not deletion. Where retention is necessary for a legal obligation, security or another valid reason, the response will identify the information retained and explain that reason.

Where relevant under applicable law, processing is based on responding to your request or delivering an agreed service, consent for optional operations, legitimate interests in security and support, or compliance with a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent to optional processing, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use the relevant product or provider controls and contact the developer for information held directly.

Security and records about other people

Protection differs by product. MessageSuite’s encrypted collection, Search Wallet’s unencrypted index, Inventory Wallet’s unencrypted live database and Tools Wallet’s separate protected stores are described in their sections. Do not assume every saved file or backup is encrypted. No system provides an absolute security guarantee.

Protect your Windows or Android account, use appropriate device security and manage exported files and backups separately. People with access to an unlocked device or exported file may be able to read its contents.

AIWA Systems has no employees and this is not an employee-monitoring or recruitment notice. Employee names, IDs and equipment records that a customer enters into Inventory Wallet are that customer’s operational records. The customer or organisation decides why they are entered and who may access them. Contact that organisation about its workplace privacy practices.

Children and sensitive information

The described products are productivity and record-management tools. This policy does not establish a parental-consent process or approval to collect children’s information. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to the developer, contact info@aiwasys.com so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

Messages, financial records, documents and recordings can contain sensitive information. Process information only when you are entitled to do so. Device permission, consent to record another person and consent to share information are separate from this privacy policy.

Changes and contact

This policy will be updated when covered services or their data practices change. The effective date and product versions identify its coverage. Additional notice or consent will be obtained where required before a relevant change takes effect.
