A utility for inspecting and editing supported file metadata without editing the visible document content. It distinguishes embedded document properties, image tags, Windows properties and file-system dates.

How it fits your day

Open a file, inspect editable status, apply the intended field values, save a copy and reopen it to verify the result.

What you can do

1. 01

   Edit supported Office Open XML properties such as title, author, keywords, company and document dates in DOCX, XLSX and PPTX.

2. 02

   Inspect and edit supported PDF document information and XMP. The provider reopens the output to verify saved properties.

3. 03

   Work with supported JPEG and PNG XMP, selected JPEG IPTC and PNG text fields. Available Windows property handlers may expose additional editable properties.

4. 04

   Use Save As Copy, review pending edits, create backups before overwriting originals, and manage Windows file creation, modification and access dates separately from embedded dates.
